At AC Grupo we are dedicated to the design and development of innovative, high-quality solutions in urban planning and architecture, supported by a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified specialists who work in a coordinated manner to ensure the success of every project.

AC Grupo was founded in 2005 with a clear vocation for leadership in the real estate sector, establishing itself over more than 20 years as a benchmark developer and builder. Since its beginnings, the company has developed a comprehensive management model encompassing capital investment and management, real estate development and marketing, controlling all phases of the process.

Throughout its history, AC GRUPO has developed, built and marketed more than 1,000 homes, delivering over 30 developments across 15 different municipalities. This experience translates into a deep understanding of the market and the ability to adapt to projects of varying scale, from single-family homes to large-scale residential complexes.

With its own multidisciplinary team and cumulative revenue exceeding 120 million euros, AC GRUPO continues to grow with a long-term vision, committed to quality, sustainability and innovation as the pillars of its development.

At AC GRUPO, sustainability is a strategic priority. Since 2021 we have had an ESG Master Plan, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, which guides the design, execution and management of our developments.

100% of our homes achieve the highest sustainability ratings and hold BREEAM certification for residential developments. We apply energy efficiency criteria, circular economy principles and responsible waste management, using certified, recycled and locally sourced materials.

We integrate renewable energy, reuse of natural resources such as rainwater and solar energy, as well as the design of extensive green areas that contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and enhancing people's wellbeing.
